Terms of service

These terms govern every engagement with Red Dot Consultancy, a unit of Red Pacific Enterprises. By commissioning work from us you agree to the terms below.

Scope of work

Each engagement is defined by a written scope agreed before work begins. Changes to scope are agreed in writing and may affect timelines and fees.

Payment

Fees, schedules and payment methods are set per engagement. Invoices are payable per the terms stated on them.

Intellectual property

Deliverables transfer to the client on full payment. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Liability

Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
